  I liked it so much better when they were a smaller store--the quality of the items was much better and the one-on-one service was hard to beat. Since they moved into their larger location, their selection is styles you can get anywhere else in Lincoln, but they jack up their prices. Their shoes and jewelry are shoddy, poor quality. Their customer service is A-W-F-U-L. I have been there on two separate occasions, the only customer in the store, and I was never once greeted or asked if I needed any help. That is completely unacceptable. Sucky customer service + banal selection + high prices = I'm NEVER going back.
