  Scheduled a 2:00 appointment with the office in Lincoln. Rearranged my work schedule so I was sure to be at my house long before my scheduled appointment. At 2:20 no one from Budget Blinds showed for the 2:00 appointment. Called the office and was told I was not on the books for any appointment. The same lady that told me that I was not scheduled on the books is the same lady I talked to when making the 2:00 appointment. Will take my business to another business here in Lincoln that believes in customer service. Wasted time off of work for terrible customer service!!!
