  After researching wood furnaces for a week I walked in to talk about buying one. Both Lowes and Home Depot carry the type of wood burner I'm interested in, but I want to buy local. My family had recently done business here, so it's the first place I went. From the first question I was treated like an idiot. Floor guy told me he didn't think there was such a thing. Then told me how dangerous they are. In other words, he had no knowledge on the subject. I told him fine I will go somewhere else. He then thought it was a good idea to ask a senior staff member about the product as I walked out the door. Poor customer service.
