- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆April 27, 2019, by Sarah LindenWe hired them to install our kitchen counters and counter tops on 2 vanities in our bathroom, all from the same slab, however, the kitchen and one vanity have a beautiful glossy finish and the other vanity has more of a matte finish as if they didn't seal it or polish it correctly. I called them only to be told there is nothing wrong with it. They agreed to come out and take a look anyways, only because I threatened never to do business with them again. They called saying they were coming over, so I sped home and waited for an hour and a half. They never came. I called and they said they were already there. When? And that nothing was wrong with it, it is just the lighting. That's just not true. Everyone who has come over has noticed the difference. You can visually see it AND you can feel it when you run your hand on it. They just don't want to fix it. I'm not even convinced they were ever there to look at it. What's more is that the back splash they put up has jagged edges. They were supposed to fix that also, but it still has jagged edges. I don't recommend this company!
