  Everything was great with dress shopping and alterations, except the hem of my dress. When I got my dress altered I specifically asked the seamstress to make sure that the front hem of the dress touched the floor. When it was done and I went back to my final fitting the front hem came off of the floor, so I was obviously a little upset. The seamstress asked what was wrong and so I told her. Then her and another seamstress who was WORKING WITH ANOTHER BRIDE told me why I didn’t want the front hem to touch the floor. I couldn’t believe that they had the nerve to tell me what I did and didn’t want for my dress. I wouldn’t have written this bad review if they had been sympathetic and tried to do something to help me feel better about it. Or try and find a way to solve the problem for me. No, they had to tell me why I didn’t want MY dress to touch the floor. I would recommend buying your dress here but don’t get it altered here. They’ll just do what they think is best and disregard whatever you say.
