  This is a comment concerning Amber Fagan's review. Amber's 2 handle faucet was leaking. We fixed both the hot and the cold side. It is our policy to do the right thing. We did not charge her for time or materials for the cold side repair because she said she did not want it done. We did charge her for the toilet repair and the hot side parts and labor. She never called us to say anything was wrong with our work. We do have over 50 years of experience in plumbing of all types. We did the best we could to please her.
