  I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at O Street Carpet. They are very friendly and customer service is excellent. I liked the selection of hardwood floors that they carry at the store and I found exactly what I was looking for. The guy they sent to install my flooring was a perfectionist and even my dad couldn't find any flaws with them (and he could find flaws in anything). The sales guy I was working with even came to my apartment to look at the floors when they were about half through to make sure things were going ok. The cherry on top of this experience was when I went into the store to pay my bill and the guy I had been working with knew my name before I told him. These guys were great and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
