I've gone here for years and today was the final straw. There was no line. The gal checked me in, then asked her coworker to go smoke. I don't know what happened to customer service but you won't find it here. They didn't even pretend to look through my items. Then, offered me 5 dollars for a pair of jeans and Hurley shirt. No, thanks! I will take my business elsewhere!

I use this place often to get cash back for clothes I don't wear anymore. Plus they have tons of cute stuff there. Mark the General Manager is great to work with!
