However what can one do when the jewelry company they deal with sends back the wrong ring!! That's registered to someone else??? The store manager offered a refund. You think??? Smugs you get your money back nothing is lost. Except the two weeks I spent waiting and the two days of bullsh%t to correct it. DONT SHOP SEARS FOR HOLIDAY TIME FRAMES!!!!!!!
