- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★December 20, 2019, by Richard WestlingAte at Piedmont Bistro. Nice restaurant. Some unusual foods. I had beet fries and sweet potato hummus. Also I had a red Ruben sandwich. It was meatless with beets.
