We had to wait about 25 minutes, and the clerk that activated the phone forgot to give us the box with the included accessories but it was no fight to claim it. The clerk that completed the transaction (different from the one that activated it) was knowledgeable and conversational, so we were able to have a pleasant chat about the Apple tax and the courage required to remove a port that everyone loves, only to include an adapter with every unit.
