  I stopped in briefly to look for a replacement for my old phone. I did not have to wait and two associates greeted me together. The associate that helped me was accommodating and answered my questions but didn't seem eager to understand my needs and provide a product. I wonder if it was because I was not looking for the latest model. I mean, there wasn't much exciting for him to talk about. I appreciate that the associate steered me clear of one model that he would not recommend. He didn't say why, but I understood that its functionality may not be the best.
