DO NOT GO HERE NO MATTER WHAT, EVEN IF THEY HAVE THE CURE TO CANCER FOR YOUR CHILD! They are scoundrels, liars, fakes and fraudsters and I have already contacted the Attorney General's Office. They falsely put multiple lines for one cell phone and billed me $304. I called AT&T and they told me to go to the point of sale two days after the 14 days expired. I was told the charges were valid (they were not) nor verbally mentioned nor was there any mention of anything. It was quite sad really. I then told Whitney, the manager there that I would use social media to expound the problem they were causing. She said I was threatening her (I am a skinny 120 pound kid, really?) and kicked me out. So, this is what I have to tell you. This is the company it used to be. Do not go here. They will upsell stuff on your account (without telling you) and since you signed a contract, they'll use the legal means press you. It's fraud. Record every conversation. Hold every piece of evidence if you do go there because they will rip you off. Signed, A sad AT&T Customer

Dishonest office with sleazy sales tactics. You go there to get a phone and and they offer you "FREE" tablet, lots of other "FREE" optional services. Once you sign the contract, you are on the hook. Your bill is hundreds of dollars more than what you expected. My first month "FREE" tablet bill is over $100 (just for the tablet). Manager Mathew only cares to boost the profits. The office preys on inexperienced cell phone users, uses deceptive tactics. They say one thing verbally, but make you sign many pages of "agreement" with lots of fine print. You trust them on their word, and they screw you over in the contract. The competition between ATT, Sprint and Verizon is fierce. But this ATT office really lost all of its decency.
